Personal Background

Mike is an Omaha native and attended Creighton University and Creighton University School of Law. In his over two decades of practice, Mike has extensive experience in civil and business litigation. Mike also has served as Vice President and General Counsel of a Nebraska- based Life and Health Insurance company.

Mike's experience bridges the distance between the boardroom and the courtroom resulting in a business-based problem-solving approach to disputes of all kinds. Mike and his wife enjoy spending time with his three adult children. When time allows, Mike finds it hard to resist picking up a guitar.
