Community Engagement and Public Service
Personal Background
Brady was raised on a small dairy farm in central Minnesota, where he learned the importance of hard work and responsibility. Throughout high school and college, Brady prioritized new experiences and sought to expand his horizons. From the halls of the United Nations in Vienna, Austria, to the lakes and rivers of the Canadian wilderness, Brady challenged himself to take on new roles which were equally as challenging as they were rewarding. Brady's diverse background and experiences ultimately led him to Creighton University School of Law, where he discovered a passion for the law. After graduating law school magna cum laude, Brady spent two years as a judicial law clerk for Chief Judge Michael Pirtle of the Nebraska Court of Appeals where he honed skills in legal reasoning and writing.
Along the way, Brady met his wife, Millie, and in 2021, they welcomed their daughter, Lula. When he is not working, Brady loves spending time with his family and their dog, Addi. They frequent many Omaha-area parks and community events, and they enjoy weekend trips to visit family in Minnesota, Iowa, and Colorado.
